Audit File Stock (AFS) / Compliance Standard

IT-customs implements automated solutions to integrate the Compliance Standard with your internal ERP/WMS business systems, perform required validations (data controls), and make the file available. Given the complexity and scope of this Compliance Standard, IT-customs brings the necessary knowledge and expertise for successful delivery.
Centralised Clearance (CC)
Simplify your customs declaration processes in the EU with centralized handling (Centralised Clearance).
This means filing import/export declarations with, for example, Dutch Customs for goods that are located in other EU member states at the time of declaration.
This centralized declaration process can lead to efficiency, speed, and cost savings. However, there are of course conditions. You must have at least an AEO-C license.
Centralised Clearance is the successor to the SASP (Single Authorization for Simplified Procedures) license, and from Q4 2026 it will be possible to start the license application.
IT-customs participates in the national advisory working group with trade associations and Dutch Customs, and advises, implements, and delivers automated solutions for Centralised Clearance.
